Each member of One’s highly qualified team has a specialised area of expertise to better serve your financial and investment needs. This diversity allows One to properly advise individuals and businesses on a variety of financial issues.

One's clients often use the services of other professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and stockbrokers. Making sure that these advisers work together in the best interests of the client is often difficult.

In these circumstances, One's role is to be that of a 'Principal adviser', coordinating the 'team' of professionals, ensuring they all understand the client's goals and objectives and the part they need to play in helping achieve them.
 
The team at One is led by Vladimir Rudenko, who has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry.  One was established to provide a personalised, professional and specialised financial planning service that delivers desired financial outcomes to all clients.
 
Vladimir Rudenko is an associate member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia Limited and is a Principal Authorised Representative of RI Advice Group.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in accounting and an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.  

In addition, he is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and is a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP). 
 
Vladimir is also a Justice of the Peace in the State of New South Wales.
